1. SPONSOR

The Evermore Weekly $500 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Evermore Games LLC (“Sponsor”)

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who have a valid Evermore Arcade account in good standing.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Each weekly Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday (“Entry Period”).

A random drawing will be conducted on or about the following Monday for the applicable Entry Period.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Automatic Entry via App Activity

During each Entry Period, eligible participants may receive entries as follows:

• One (1) entry per day for logging into the Evermore app.

• One (1) entry for each qualifying per-game leaderboard achieved.

• Additional entries as defined and displayed within the app during the Entry Period.

Each entry constitutes one (1) chance to win. All entries have equal odds of winning. No entry will receive enhanced, multiplied, or weighted odds.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without logging in or participating in gameplay, eligible individuals may submit one (1) free entry per day during the Entry Period by visiting the AMOE submission page linked in the Official Rules and completing the required entry form.

AMOE entries:

• Require no purchase.

• Require no gameplay.

• Have the same odds of winning as all other entries.

• Are subject to the same Entry Period deadlines.

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS

Entries are limited to those received during the applicable Entry Period. Entries do not carry over to future Entry Periods.

Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

6. PRIZES

For each Entry Period:

• Ten (10) winners will be selected.

• Each winner will receive Fifty Dollars ($50).

• Total prize pool per Entry Period: Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

Prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Evermore in-app account. Withdrawals are subject to standard account verification and withdrawal policies.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

Each entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility before prize distribution. If a potential winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Sponsor may issue appropriate tax documentation as required by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it believes has attempted to tamper with the entry process or violate these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries;

• Technical failures of any kind;

• Unauthorized human intervention;

• Errors in administration of the Sweepstakes;

• Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation.

  
  

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. WINNERS LIST

For the names of winners, send a written request within thirty (30) days of the applicable drawing date to:
