Evermore Arcade Survey & Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Evermore Arcade Survey & Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Evermore LLC (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, or any gift card issuer.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Evermore LLC, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or financial consideration is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the Evermore Arcade Feedback Survey during the promotional period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Completion of the survey does not guarantee winning the prize or selection for beta access.

5. Promotional Period

The Giveaway entry period begins when the survey is made available and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2026.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 digital Amazon gift card.

  • Prize is non-transferable.

  • No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable prize notifications.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected on February 1, 2026 using a random number generator from among all eligible survey entries received during the promotional period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within a reasonable time after the drawing.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days (EST) timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Evermore Arcade 2.0 Early Access

Survey participants may be considered for early access testing of Evermore Arcade 2.0.

  • Early access selection is not guaranteed.

  • Selection criteria may include survey responses, device compatibility, geographic considerations, and testing capacity.

  • Early access has no cash value and may be modified or revoked at any time.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of the prize, if applicable.

11. Privacy

Survey responses and personal information collected will be used in accordance with Evermore LLC’s privacy practices and for purposes including product improvement, survey analysis, winner selection, and beta access communication.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Evermore LLC from any liability arising from participation in the survey or acceptance or use of the prize.
